I put fishies in these. I also opened up an small apple sauce portion and put it in. It fits perfectly. I wish there were ones I could buy that were shorter and stacked on top of each other (two shorter ones that stack on top of each other) because then I would put Wow Butter in one and Jam in the other so my kids could dip their fishies in them. The current ones are too high and their hands would get all dirty as they would have to stick their entire hand in to get to the bottom.
